Governor’s Club Remodel
Residential Renovation
This golf course home is in Chapel Hill's private gated Governor's Club community. It was initially built by Coach Jimmy Valvano of NCSU for his wife just before he passed away. Our client acquired this home in 2017, and we updated its design extensively. Additionally, our Colombian client had a fondness for the modern Dwell style and Magical Realism. The latter is a vibrant and enriching element significant in the literature of her home country.
We incorporated both elements with some modern touches during the renovation process, resulting in a stunning luxury home that reflects the owner's personal style. Now, seven years later, we have been asked to complete a full renovation of the master bath and dressing room. We are working on this project and will keep you updated on its progress.
